How do I install Fedora?

Instructions

Step 1

Go to fedoraproject.org/workstation/download and download the ISO file.

Step 2

Use Rufus on your MS Windows device to write the ISO file to a flash drive.

Step 3

Restart (or start up) your ASUS device, and press the Del / F2 key continuously to enter the BIOS/UEFI settings. Here, you will need to turn off Secure Boot if enabled.

Step 4

Insert the flash drive to your ASUS device. Restart and press the F8 key continuously to enter the boot menu. Here, you can boot into Fedora from the flash drive.

Step 5

Once booted, Fedora will give you the options "install" and "try without installing". Begin Fedora's easy install process.
